Paradox Interactive Producer Says Consoles Help Niche PC Titles
Johan Andersson of Paradox Interactive says that despite conventional soundness, game consoles are actually helping niche PC titles find a commercialise and achieve greater commercial success.

Following its success with Europa Universalis, Paradox has released opposite historical scheme games including Hearts of Iron, based on World War 2, and Crusader Kings, coating the period from 1066-1453.
"I don't want to predict where PC gaming in full general is going," Andersson continued, "but for us, the increase in consoles has made the market more divided, and consequently made IT easier for us to strive our target audience and contrariwise."
Despite the popularity of solace systems, Andersson doesn't see Paradox unwinding outside from it's PC base. "We are always admissive to new opportunities and thither are fated platforms that lend themselves well to the type of strategy we do, hand-held variants wish the Nintendo DS," he said. "Only our main concentre wish always be on what we do best and to cater to our target audience and our niche."
